What's costing you jobs
- The website is one page. There's no quote form, no page for each service, and 7 broken images. The testimonials are 54 raw video files (about 230 MB), which is slow on a phone.
- Google can't tell you work in London. The page title is just "Painting and Plastering". "London" isn't anywhere on the site, and there's no description or sitemap. Someone searching "popcorn ceiling removal London" has no page of yours to land on.
- Your ads land on that same page. You pay for every click, but the visitor finds no form and nothing about the job they searched for. Google also charges more per click when the page doesn't match the search.
- Nobody can see the results. There's no Google Analytics or Search Console, so nobody can say how many calls the ads bring in, or what each job costs you.
- An Outlook address. paintingplastering@outlook.com looks less established to property managers and businesses, and it's more likely to land in spam.
- Cold emails sent as poster images. Spam filters catch image-only emails, they're hard to read on a phone, and people rarely reply to a flyer.
- No emails to past customers. 91 happy reviewers, and nothing that reminds them of you when they need another room done or a friend asks for a painter.
- Your Google listing has a twin. A second "Painting & plastering" listing splits your reviews, and your hours say "Open 24 hours".
The plan: lean, built to get you jobs
- A new website, same look. Your logo, colours, photos, videos and words, rebuilt properly:
- a page for each of your 8 services, with "London" where Google looks
- a quote form where customers can send photos of the job
- all 8 project galleries and your videos, loading fast on phones
- your 0% financing, reviews and phone number on every page
- moved onto paintingplastering.com without losing what Google already knows about you
- Ads that land on the right page. Someone who searches for plaster repair lands on your plaster repair page. Your current ads tracking stays in place.
- See what works. Google Analytics and Search Console set up, with calls and quote requests counted, so you know what each lead and each job costs.
- Google listing cleanup. Merge the duplicate, fix the hours, add your best job photos.
- A professional email like ramzy@paintingplastering.com. Paid straight to Google or Microsoft. We set it up.
- An outreach kit you can use yourself:
- 3 short plain-text emails for property managers, realtors and contractors, each with one before/after photo
- a simple email for past customers, spring and fall, with a referral ask
- a review request text to send after every job
Getting started
You own the website, the domain and all your accounts. Your ad spend and email subscription stay paid directly by you.
To get started we need access to: your domain, the GitHub account your site is on, your Google Ads account and your Google Business Profile. The new site is live about 2 weeks after that.
